A True Jewel

I have stayed at the Jewel with my wife twice and it is truly one of the best resorts in Jamaica. I have never stayed at a resort where the staff enjoys themselves as much as the guests. All of the staff was excellent, they take time to learn your name and really provide the top notch customer service one would expect from a resort of this caliber.

I also have never eaten a bad meal at the Jewel. Whether it is the resort's Japanese restaurant or the lunch buffet, all meals were top notch. The custom outdoor pizza bar was amazing. I think the pizza stand could rival any place I have been to in the States.
The resort might not be the biggest on the island, but their attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. Their Gems of the Day are also worth sampling.

I recommend The Jewel Dunn's River Resort to anyone traveling to Jamaica.
